Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and take the first steps to becoming a part of the Ankeny Christian Child Care Family. Ankeny Christian Child Care provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning atmosphere. As a Christian child care center our child focused play based learning is built on God's beautiful creations. We at ACCCP believe in authentic childhood experiences that our strategically designed to address Iowa Early Learning Standards (yes even starting in our infant room). Our kiddos problem solve, play, explore, create, investigate, nurture, learn and grow through hands on learning experiences. Learning happens in our classrooms, our indoor gym, our acre of green space, our three playgrounds....and(the best of all) in our sanctuary.
At Ankeny Christian our greatest contributor to quality care is our teachers. We make investing into our teachers a main priority. ACCCP participates in many Sate initiated programs to recruit and more importantly retain high quality staff. We promote within and provide many voluntary benefits to our teachers to minimize turnover. Consistency is critical to fostering long lasting relationships between children and their care providers.
Providing a safe and secure environment is important to us. Our doors can only be entered by way of the secure fob provided upon enrollment. ACCP has video cameras in every room and common spaces.
